The house has beautiful views, clean and has all necessities for our stay. The location is near shopping, markets and restaurants. We received promptly responses from Tera, clear and simple instructions for check in and check out. Tera is kind to provide us some snacks. Thank you.

We wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the view of the Chena River from the back porch. The floor downstairs was a little cold, but once we turned on the heat, all was well. After a long day's travel it was nice to have some snacks available when we arrived and as a quick hold-me-over for breakfast.

We came in 1 day early for our land/cruise tour. There were 12 of us so booking these 2 condos worked for us. Short ride from Fairbanks airport. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make a trip to Fairbanks again.

This was a great place for our family to start our Alaska adventure. The house was conveniently situated with beautiful views. The beds were super comfortable and the house was well stocked with water, coffee and snacks. Highly recommended!
